Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our online program then you can RAISE A REFUND TICKET by filling up the above form within 30 days from the date of purchase. As soon as our team gets a request from student they start working & they initiate the process within next 7 working days from the date of ticket raised.

If you purchased the course through a third party vendor, unfortunately, we cannot process your refund. Since we did not process the original payment, we do not have the transaction on file, and cannot initiate a refund for you. Contact 3rd party.

While our 30-day refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 30 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.
